Auto Show VIP Gala Beneficiary
Introduction
Nonprofit organizations interested in being considered as the beneficiary of the Auto Show VIP Gala should submit requests to:

Please include the following information in your request:
- Organizational Contact Information:
- Organization’s name, address, telephone number, and website.
- Contact information for the organizational representative (if different), including name, title, address, telephone number, and email.
- Background Information:
- Brief overview of the organization, including history, mission, activities, and key initiatives.
- Copy of the IRS exemption letter verifying 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
- List of board members and their professional affiliations.
- Planned Use of Funds:
- A description of how the funds from the Gala would be used to support the organization’s goals and impact within the community.
- Detail any specific needs or areas of focus that the funds will address.
- Event Participation and Promotion:
- Organizations chosen as the beneficiary must actively participate in ticket sales for the VIP Gala, as ticket sales directly impact the potential reward amount. The more tickets the organization sells, the higher the potential reward.
- Detail your organization’s plan to promote the Gala, including the channels and strategies you’ll use to drive ticket sales.
- Describe your audience, including size, demographics, and engagement level, to demonstrate the reach and impact of your promotional efforts.
- Confirm that your organization can provide volunteers on the evening of the event to assist with registration and guest support.
Please note: The Gala is typically held on the Wednesday evening before the Auto Show opens.
- Outcome and Recognition:
- Describe how the impact of the funds will be measured and reported, including ways the Greater Lehigh Valley Auto Dealers Association will be recognized for its support.
- Additional Information:
- List any vehicles owned by the organization and any relationships it has with car dealers, manufacturers, or other transportation resources.
- Include a track record of services provided to children, as organizations providing services to children are preferred.
Application Timeline:
- Application Deadline: November 30
- Beneficiary Announcement: January
PLEASE NOTE: The Association reserves the right to make changes to this plan and the policies contained within it at any time.
Grant and Reporting Requirements:
If selected as the beneficiary, the organization must submit a report detailing the use of funds, the impact on the community, and any effects on attracting new donors, clients, or partnerships. Additionally, the organization is required to provide content for GLVADA’s newsletter and social media, highlighting the impact of the funds. The organization will also be expected to appear at a future GLVADA Board or General Membership meeting to report on the successful use of the grant.
